The automatic winding machine is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB4706.1 :22.16 and iec60335-1:22.16. It is a special testing equipment for testing whether the structure of automatic winding machine for household and similar electrical appliances has excessive scratch or damage of flexible flexible wire sheath, broken wire and excessive wear at contact.It adopts multi-function fixture, oversize worktable, and can be used for the test of 300cm reel at maximum, with convenient and adjustable speed (5-30/MIN), strong universality, and suitable for the test of most electrical products.

Working principle:

Pull out two-thirds of the total length of the wire of the reel. If the length of the flexible wire that can be pulled out is less than 225cm, adjust the initial pull length of the flexible wire to make the reel still have 75cm of flexible wire.Pull out another section of cord 75cm long, then roll it back to the direction where the cord sheath will cause the maximum scratch, and pull the cord out taking into account the normal position of the appliance in use.At the point where the cord leaves the appliance, the included Angle between the cord axis during the test and the cord axis when it is rolled back without obvious resistance shall be approximately 60°.Soft wire is allowed to be rewound by a reel.Wind this piece of soft wire 6000 times at a rate of about 30 times per minute or the maximum rate allowed by the reel structure.
